Laceyville Borough Council is accepting bids for the mowing and trimming of Donovan Park, Water Works Park and Wiles Park. Please bid separately. Note that mowing of Donovan must be done prior to 4 p.m. during baseball season. All bids must specify equipment to be used, cost per park and be accompanied by certificate of insurance. Any equipment repair or replacement is solely the responsibility of the owner. Sealed and labeled bids are due by May 1, 2017. Send bids to the secretary at: PO Box 98, Laceyville, PA 18623. 2017 Material Bid, Auburn Township Supervisors. Sealed bids will be received by the Auburn Township Supervisors, Susquehanna County, PA for the following: Black cinders (PennDOT approved) 1,500 yards, more or less, delivered as needed to the township stockpile. Crushed quarry stone (PennDOT approved,) at the plant FOB and/or delivered to the township and/or spread as needed. Tonnage various amounts of 2A, 1/2 minus, #2 stone, #3 stone, anti-skid, 18, 57, 2B, R-4 stone, R-8 stone, DSA mix (Conservation approved delivered when needed and dumped in box paver by minimum of (4) trucks for the job). Sluice pipes and bands; double-walled plastic, smooth bore, size (inches) 12, 15, 18, 24, 30, 36, 48 delivered to the township building. Auburn Township is also accepting bid proposals for equipment and machinery for hire as needed. Any interested company should have the following equipment and operators. Excavator with at least 1 cubic yard bucket; dozer of at least 120 HP; 4 wheel drive back hoe; vibratory roller, paver, skid steer, mini excavator and tandem or bigger dump trucks with trailer for moving at least 20 tons. All bids should include price per hour with operator per machine, machine specs, moving costs and proof of insurance. Please note that all equipment must be available within 2 hoursÕ notice, 24 hrs. a day, 7 days a week, 365 days a year. Auburn Township reserves the right to accept or reject all bids. All material amounts are approximate and are needed from April 4, 2017 to April 3, 2018. Bids will be received until 4 p.m. April 4, 2017. The Wyalusing Borough Council hereby gives notice of a Public Hearing to review and adopt the Comprehensive Plan at the beginning of their regularly scheduled meeting of Borough Council, to be held on April 3, 2017 at 7 p.m., Wyalusing Borough Hall, 50 Senate St., Box 131, Wyalusing, PA 18853.
