The Wyoming County Commissioners have a new chair, Republican incumbent Judy Kraft Mead; vice-chair is newlyelected Republican Commissioner Tom Henry. The nominations were made late Tuesday morning during the commissioners’ reorganizational meeting. County Code mandates that the board meet and establish new chairs each year.
