The annual Martin Luther King Day stock car ice races on Dingle’s Pond ended rather abruptly Monday afternoon. At first, Leroy Dingle, who organizes the event as a fundraiser for the Jester Hill Grange, wasn’t sure if the ice would be thick enough. However, the weekend’s cold snap convinced him it would be safe.
