Wyalusing Easter Egg Hunt Planned

Boy Scouts Pack 8 and their parents stuffed more than 5,000 Easter eggs with prizes last Thursday at the Wyalusing Valley Fire Hall in preparation of the annual Wyalusing Easter Egg Hunt sponsored by the fire department, which will be held at noon on Saturday, April 7, at Wyalusing Borough Park. Children from infant to 12 years old are eligible to participate in the hunt, which will be conducted in three waves for the various age groups

Pack 8 is led by Tim and Sue Gibbs of Sugar Run. During their meeting last Thursday, the Easter Bunny also visited the fire hall to confirm that he will be at the Easter egg hunt to visit with the children. Fire department officials extended their gratitude to Pack 8 members, leaders, parents and grandparents for helping with the community service project.
