Mark Cruver, a Wyalusing Valley graduate and member of the Keystone College track team, set a new school record in the javelin with a throw of 181 feet, 10 inches at the Johns Hopkins/Loyola Invitational on April 15. He finished third in the event. Cruver finished fourth in the javelin at the Gwynedd-Mercy Twilight Invitational on April 12 with a throw of 165 feet, two inches.
