To The Editor: In celebration of World No Tobacco Day on May 31, the North Central Tobacco Control Coalition would like to congratulate the Bradford-Tioga Head Start for eliminating children’s exposure to secondhand smoke at local public parks and playgrounds by participating in Young Lungs at Play.

i wish people would realize

i wish people would realize that these places are public areas. that means all people can use these areas. if smokers are restricted from these parks under the non-proven stance of second hand smoke ln open air affects anyone, then smokers are not considered a part of the public and their taxes should not support these places.
