Born Aug. 25, 1986 in Towanda, he was the son of Robert J. and Tina D. Chilson Finan. He graduated from the Wyalusing Valley High School, a member of the class of 2004 and attended Indiana University of Pennsylvania in Indiana.
Brandon was a carpenter and had his own business, B Finan Construction of New Albany.
He was a member of St. Basil’s Church, Dushore. His greatest enjoyment was spending time with his daughters.
Surviving are his fiancée, Saria Brewer of Laceyville; two daughters, Savannah M. Finan of Sayre and Kirra E. Finan of Laceyville; a step-daughter, MacKenna Brewer of Laceyville; parents, Rob and Tina Finan of New Albany; paternal grandfather, Robert E. Finan of New Albany; maternal grandmother, Evelyn Daugherty of Troy; brother, Joseph E. Finan and his fiancé Summer Putnam, Troy; numerous aunts and uncles and two special nephews, Daryn R. Finan and Rydrt Kithcart, and special cousins, Krista Miller, Danny Barr and Robert Wood.
A Transferal Service was held on Tuesday, June 26 at 9:30 a.m. from the P. Dean Homer Funeral Home, 206 Water St., Dushore, and was followed by a Mass of Christian Burial at 10 a.m. at St. Basil’s Church, Dushore, with the Rev. Joseph R. Hornick, pastor, presiding. Interment was in St. Francis of Assisi Cemetery, Cummiskey.
Friends called at the funeral home on Monday, June 25 from 2 to 4 p.m. and from 7 to 9 p.m.
