Dear Editor:  It seems to me the same people must be running both the borough and the school board, and they’ve all been out in the sun too long. The heat has fried their brains.  Close streets, have strangers transport our children to school. I’m willing to bet most people don’t even know about it yet, being busy with summer vacations.
