"But not in Laceyville. The residents of this community have been boiling water every single day since last April. And nobody seems to give a hoot." Mr Keeler, I want to officially say that I "give a hoot". If I didn't give a hoot, I wouldn't get up at 5am and do paperwork for DEP regulations for two hours, then go to the reservoir to get some work done for 2 hours more hours and then go to my normal job and work a 12 hour shift. Thats not a complaint mind you, I wasn't forced to devote my time to fix the problems with the water in Laceyville but quite frankly I am offended by the implication that "no one gives a hoot". There are in fact people that "give a hoot" and they are working on the problems. Did the citizens at the council meeting Tuesday August 7th sound like they "don't give a hoot?"
