Water Boil Advisory Lifted in Laceyville

A water boil advisory that has been in affect since a dead mouse was found in  Laceyville Borough's reservoir in April, has been ended, according to a statement issued by Laceyville’s Water Committee Chairman Keith Pennay at 7:52 p.m. Friday.  Pennay said future plans include flushing the borough’s fire hydrants, which is expected to end problems with discolored water.
