Wyoming County Judge Threatened
Monroe Twp. Man Arrested for Leaving Sinister Voice Mails
On the evening of Thursday, Sept. 13, Wyoming County’s Magisterial District Judge Carl W. Smith, Jr. said he checked his personal cell phone to discover two threatening voicemail messages that had allegedly been left by Douglas L. Cook, 42, of Monroe Township. Judge Smith contacted Wyoming County Detective David A. Ide immediately about the messages and expressed concern.
