Baby Buggy Decorating Contest has been added to the Wyalusing Fall Festival this
year. Trophies will be awarded to the prettiest, funniest, scariest and most original buggies. (A buggy is considered any vehicle that would transport a child: stroller, carriage, wagon, etc.). The festival will be held on Saturday, Oct. 13 from 9 to 4 with the buggy parade to be held at 2:15. Start now planning and decorating your buggy. Don’t have a baby? Use a doll, we won’t care. Sullivan County Fall Festival Lumberjack/Chain saw competitions, Oct. 13 and 14, Fairgrounds, Rt. 154, Forksville. Demonstrations, chain saw carving, auctions, blacksmith, glass blowing, free entertainment, juried crafts, art expo, quilt exhibit, children’s activities, pumpkin painting, wood mobile and lots of food. The Camptown Cemetery Association would like all lot owners of the cemetery to please remove all summer decorations from the cemetery by Oct. 15.
