Baby Buggy Decorating Contest has been added to the Wyalusing Fall Festival this year. Trophies will be awarded to the prettiest, funniest, scariest and most original buggies. (A buggy is considered any vehicle that would transport a child: stroller, carriage, wagon, etc.). The festival will be held on Saturday, Oct. 13 from 9 to 4 with the buggy parade to be held at 2 p.m. Start now planning and decorating your buggy. Don’t have a baby? Use a doll, we won’t care.
