(Note: In DUI prosecutions in Pennsylvania, the intoxication rate for non-commercial drivers is a blood-alcohol content (BAC) of .08. For a commercial driver (truck, bus, etc.) the legal rate is .04. There is “zero tolerance” (any measurable alcohol reading of .02 or more) in effect to establish underage drinking/driving when the driver is under the age of 21).
