Defense Department Report

Defense Department Report Shows National Guard, Reserve a Cost-Effective Solution When I read about Defense budget cuts, I am reminded about all the money this government forks out every year in Foreign Aid to countries THAT REALLY DON'T LIKE US. I was at this facility in last winter and took my own video of the facility. There were piles of tan dust as close as 55 feet to the fence of the children's play ground and all along the railroad bed. If you Google map the area, you can see a tan hue to a large area of the surrounding landscape. This OSHA data sheet says that silica dust is a carcinogen, and in my opinion shouldn't be treated like playground sand. Mr. May, are you saying the piles of tan dust are not silica sand? http://www.osha.gov/OshDoc/data_General_Facts/crystalline-factsheet.pdf
