Red and blue lights flashing through the midnight hour last week as I saw emergency vehicles coming down the Turkey Path from Laceyville and Wyalusing. They stopped at one of my neighbors. It appeared that she had a chimney fire. It was three degrees above zero. Within an hour and half, it was all over. How brave are our firemen climbing around on roofs in the night in freezing temperatures.
