Raymond Brink, Sr.
He was born on Oct. 5, 1937, on Orwell Hill near Rome, the son of the late Leland and Ethel P. Furman Brink.
Raymond was a graduate of Wyalusing High School Class of 1955. After high school, he worked as a logger for Lyall Brink Logging for over 40 years.
He was a member of the Monroeton Rod and Gun Club. He loved to be in the sawmill building pallets. In his spare time, he enjoyed hunting and farming.
Survivors include his wife, Sally Decker Brink; his children, Heidi B. Masters and her husband, Dale of New Era, and Raymond M. Brink, Jr. of Camptown; his grandchildren, Samantha Baker of New Era, Kyle Baker of Camptown, Brett Brink of Camptown, Colton Brink of Camptown and Deanna Masters of New Era; his brother, Glenn Brink and his wife, JoAnn of Camptown; his sisters, Mary Ann Karpovich of Dushore and Joyce Stephens and her husband, A.B. of Camptown, as well as many nieces and nephews.
Besides his parents, he was preceded in death by his brother, Lyall Brink on June 19, 2012, and Lyall’s wife, Jeannine Brink on March 29, 2005.
It was Raymond’s wish not to have services at this time. A private family service will be held at a later date at the convenience of the family.
