Terry Moody, Sr.
Born March 9, 1954, in Meshoppen, he was a son of Donald H. and the late Marie Tuttle Moody.
Terry was an outdoor enthusiast and loved playing golf. He also enjoyed cooking, especially breakfast, and spending time with his grandchildren.
He was employed by Meshoppen Stone, Inc. and Meshoppen Transport since 2006.
Terry was a 1972 graduate of Wyalusing Valley Jr./Sr. High School.
Surviving, in addition to his father of Sugar Run, are four sons, Scott Moody of Williamsport, Terry Moody, Jr. of Pittsburgh, Timothy Moody of Seattle, WA and Christopher (Erin) Mordan of Old Forge; a daughter, Lisa Penrith of Sugar Run; two brothers, Mark (Bonnie) Moody of Waverly, NY and Scott (Patty) Moody of Jay, OK; three sisters, Joanne Russo of Bilton, MO, Janis (Michael) Proski of Plymouth and Deidre (David) Simpson of Ashley; and five grandchildren, Cooper and Abigail Mordan, Caleb Moody and Autumn and Duncan Penrith. Funeral services will be held at 11 a.m. on Friday, April 26 at the Wyalusing United Methodist Church, 85 Church St., Wyalusing, with the Rev. Dale L. Russell officiating. Friends may call from 10 to 11 a.m. Friday at the church. Burial will follow in the Wyalusing Cemetery.
Pallbearers are: Terry Moody, Jr., Timothy Moody, Scott Moody, Christopher Mordan, Mark Moody, Scott Moody, David Simpson and John Iatesta.
