Earl Waltemeyer, 77, Wyalusing, was cited for following too closely after he accidently ran into the back of a vehicle driven by Thomas Miller, 47, of Byram, NJ. The crash occurred on Rome Road in the borough of Rome at about 3:15 p.m. on May 10.
