Timothy P. Hitchcock, 51, of Montrose, PA passed away Monday, June 17, 2013 at Endless Mountains Health Systems, Montrose. Born Nov. 18, 1961 in Montrose, he was the son of Paul A. Hitchcock and Phyllis (Weiss) Myers.
He was a retired operator at the Pennsylvania Department of Transportation. He was an overthe road truck driver and in home construction.
Tim enjoyed hunting and the outdoors, especially his property in the Thousand Islands along the St. Lawrence River, and his cabin. He was a NASCAR fan and always enjoyed helping others, especially his family.
Survivors include: his wife, Wendy Mullineaux of Montrose; a son, Aaron Hitchcock of Binghamton, NY; father and stepmother, Paul A. and Carol Hitchcock of Montrose; mother and stepfather, Phyllis and Robert Myers, Jr. of Montrose; sisters and brothers-in-law, Lynne and Gene Robinson of Montrose, Lisa and Adam McGraw of Montrose, Michele Hitchcock of Jackson; brothers and sisters-inlaw, Daniel and Connie Hitchcock of Montrose, Bradley Hitchcock and Phyllis Raught of Montrose; mother-in-law and stepfather, Patricia and Harold Holbrook of Kirkwood, NY; many nieces, nephews, aunts, uncles, cousins, brothers-in-law, sisters-in-law and friends.
A special aunt and uncle, Chuck and Jane Singer, predeceased him.
Funeral services will be held at 11 a.m. on Friday, June 21 at Bartron-Myer Funeral Home, Inc., Montrose. Friends and family may call from 6 to 9 p.m. on Thursday, June 20 at the funeral home.
