Antique Shows

Old tractor display on Sept. 7 and 8, 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. Tractors from the 30s, 40s, 50s and 60s at 259 Dayton Road, Montrose, PA. Signs off Rt. 706 E. of Lawton and N. of Lawton on Rt. 267. There will be homemade ice cream made with hit and miss engine power, Take-outs are available. Admission is free.

Spaghetti supper will be held on Sept. 14, starting at 4 p.m. at the Herrickville Fire Hall to benefit fellow fireman Clinton Houghtaling. Craft Bazaars

Country Arts and Crafts Show. Craftsmen of the Endless Mountains are hosting an arts and crafts show at the Dushore Railroad Station, Railroad St., Dushore Labor Day weekend, Aug. 31 and Sept. 1, 10 to 3. Free admission.

The WVHS Class of 1951 will meet for lunch on Friday, August 23 at noon at Mark’s Valley View in Laceyville.

Friends of Mt. Pisgah State Park will hold a movie night on Friday, Aug. 23 at the Hilltop Pavilion for its last movie of the season. Up is a 2009 American 3-D computer-animated comedy adventure film.

A bereavement support group meets monthly, the last Tuesday of each month from 3 to 4:30 p.m. This group is open to those who have experienced loss and is facilitated by Trudy Ventello, LSW, a social worker with Memorial Hospital’s Hospice program.
