Where Have All the Folksingers Gone?
American folk music icon Pete Seeger, who died earlier this week at 94, was largely responsible for the folk music craze that hit the nation in the 1960s. He played a huge role in inspiring teens like me to pick up a guitar and learn to play and sing the songs Seeger and others were making so popular.
