He was born on Nov. 6, 1946 in Sayre, the son of the late Harrison and Anna Russell Fenton.
Ralph owned and operated Fenton’s Scrap with his son, Turk. He loved hunting, going to turkey shoots and watching drag racing.
He left behind a loving, devoted wife, Debra Fenton; his son, Shanon “Turk” Fenton and his wife, Amy; his daughter, Billie Jo Place, and his beloved daughter, Tonya Fenton, who passed away Oct. 3, 2013, and his son-in-law, Marvin Brotzman, Jr.
Ralph is also survived by his granddaughters, Karley, Makayla and Danielle Fenton; his grandsons Cody Pedro, Dustin Pedro, Jason Place and Ryan Kershner; his great- grandchildren, Hunter Pedro, Chase Pedro and Trenton Pedro; all of whom Ralph absolutely adored. Ralph had five brothers, seven sisters and four halfsiblings.
A memorial service will be held on Sunday, Aug. 24 at 1 p.m. at the family home, 942 Church Road, Laceyville (Golden Hill).
