Zachaury Clayton Capriotti, 18, of Dushore, faces prosecution for aggravated assault, simple assault, reckless endangerment and harassment related to an alleged incident on July 17 in the Acorn Market parking lot in Dushore. Although the victim is still a juvenile, District Attorney Max Little stated Capriotti will be charged as an adult in this matter. Police report Capriotti reacted to a statement made to him by a 14-year-old girl by choking her and holding her against a brick wall until she became unconscious.
