George E. Heeman, 38, Sayre, faces prosecution for failing to register in accordance with the provisions of Megan's Law for alleged offenses between Nov. 5, 2010, and Jan. 20, 2011, in Bradford County.

It is alleged that Heeman secured employment at the Rock N Doc's Bar in Sayre without making proper notification as a convicted sexual offender. His preliminary hearing date is March 2.

     Minery Jozafat Doblado-Zuniga, 25, Monroeton, faces prosecution for aggravated assault, possessing a drug without a valid prescription, simple assault, resisting arrest, fleeing or attempting to elude police, DUI, disorderly conduct, leaving the scene of an accident, harassment and various violations of the motor vehicle code for alleged offenses on Feb. 27 at 2:37 a.m. on Route 220 in Towanda Township. He was also cited for driving without a license, driving without the required insurance, failing to give notice of change of address, driving in the wrong lane, driving at an unsafe speed, careless driving, failing to give immediate aid at an accident scene and driving without a seatbelt. It is alleged that the accused fled the accident scene on foot, that he resisted arrest and kicked and struck the arresting officer. His preliminary hearing date is March 9.

     Charli Kay Northrup, 33, Canton, faces prosecution for the alleged offenses of DUI, fleeing or attempting to elude police, driving in the wrong lane, driving on the wrong side of the road, careless driving and reckless driving for alleged offenses on Feb. 23 at 7:26 p.m. on Route 6 in North Towanda Township. She failed to perform field sobriety tests. Her preliminary hearing date was March 2.

     Corey Lee Goodenow, 25, Towanda, faces prosecution for DUI and summary traffic violations for alleged offenses on Saturday, Feb. 19, at 10:40 p.m. on Main Street in Towanda. His BAC was reported at .207. He was also cited for careless driving and limitations on driving on the left side of the road. His preliminary hearing date is March 23.

     Thomas Frank Scott, 51, Granville Summit, faces prosecution for DUI and careless driving for alleged offenses on Feb. 18 at 1:03 p.m. in Towanda Borough. His BAC was reported at .186. His preliminary hearing date is March 23.

     Billy Gene Herren, 50, Hamilton, MS, faces prosecution for DUI, reckless driving and driving on the wrong side of the road for alleged offenses on Friday, Feb. 18, at 10:30 p.m. on York Avenue in Towanda. He refused to submit to chemical testing of his blood. His preliminary hearing date is March 16.
