Timothy Clark, Towanda

Raymond Pace, Towanda, faces prosecution for selling or furnishing alcoholic beverages to minors and underage possession of alcoholic beverages on Sept. 4 in Towanda. It is alleged that Pace furnished underage persons with alcoholic beverages while being himself underage and possessing them. Pace's preliminary hearing is Oct. 10.

Richie M. White, 38, Towanda, faces prosecution for simple assault, indecent exposure, disorderly conduct and public drunkenness for alleged offenses on Aug. 21 in Towanda. It is alleged that White picked a fight with a man at a residence in Towanda and pushed him into a door post, cutting the victim's head. White then exposed himself to the group on the porch of the residence. He was heavily intoxicated and posed a disturbance and danger to himself and others. White's bail is set at $15,000 straight bail.

Kevin Kinsman, 26, Wysox, faces prosecution for possession of a controlled substance, possession with intent to use drug paraphernalia and driving while operating privilege is suspended or revoked for alleged offenses on Aug. 27 in Towanda. Kinsman was arrested for operating a vehicle without a license. A search of the vehicle uncovered a syringe, a marijuana cigarette and a 1/4-gram of methamphetamine. Kinsman admitted that the items were his, and he was committed on $1,500 straight bail.

Michael Burgess, Towanda, faces prosecution for bad checks and theft by deception for alleged offenses between July 26 and July 29 in North Towanda Township. It is alleged that Burgess wrote two $25 checks and a check for $56.10 to Hurley's Supermarket in North Towanda knowing that they would be drawn from a closed account. Burgess's preliminary hearing is Oct. 1.

Michelle Place, Towanda, faces prosecution for bad checks and theft by deception for alleged offenses between July 21 and Aug. 2 in North Towanda. It is alleged that Place wrote checks for the amounts of $23.36, $43.97 and $38.39 to Hurley's Supermarket and checks for $32 and $30 to The New Bucket knowing that they would be drawn from a closed account. Place's preliminary hearing is Oct. 1.

James Lewis Kelley, 54, Towanda, was charged with DUI and other vehicular and moving violations on July 2 in Towanda. The preliminary hearing is Sept. 29.

John M. Bischoff, 74, Burlington, was charged with DUI on Aug. 22 in Towanda. Bischoff's BAC was 0.11. The preliminary hearing is Oct. 6.

John E. Bride, 44, Towanda, was charged with DUI on Aug. 21 in Towanda. Bride's BAC was 0.09. The preliminary hearing is Oct. 1.

James Munkittrick, 46, Towanda, was charged with DUI and other moving violations on May 13 of this year in Towanda. Munkittrick's BAC was 0.27. The preliminary hearing is Oct. 6.

John E. Dieffenbach, 53, Dushore, was charged with DUI and other related charges on Aug. 14 in Towanda. Dieffenbach's BAC was 0.13.

Richard Andrew Bump, 37, Towanda, was charged with DUI on Aug. 22 in Towanda. Bump's BAC was 0.20.
