Three Charged with Dushore Pharmacy Burglary
Three men have been charged in the break-in and burglary of the Dushore Pharmacy in the early morning hours of Oct. 25.
Derek Stang, 19, Lawton, and Ashley Hemenway, 20, Montrose, were scheduled to be arraigned today, Nov. 3 at Magisterial District Judge Linda Vandine’s office. A warrant has been issued for Benjamin Ball, 23, Meshoppen.
The charges against the three include criminal trespass, conspiracy to commit burglary and criminal trespass, criminal mischief and criminal attempt of theft by unlawful taking.
